Pizza Hut iPhone App generates $1M in sales (in the US)

I was a bit skeptical when i first saw this app 3-6 months ago, purely because the app looked more like a gimmick than anything else, got into the bandwagon because it was the right thing to do. Not to mention the whole make your own pizza and order it straight from your phone, i mean if you have your phone with you, wouldn’t you just call them anyway, i know i would – nothing beats that human interaction, and a personal request for EXTRA BACON!
Anyway, read it on Mashable that it actually generates $1M in sales so far, which i think is pretty impressive. Turns out that people do like to order pizza from their phone…as for me…well i’m not a big fan of pizza anyway.
